Quick Satisfaction

A very quick and easy assessment designed to guage a clients current level of happiness around the 5 core areas of Health, Wealth, Relationships, Career and Sprituality.

It is an ideal assessment to run at the beginning of a coaching session to identify key areas of dissatisfaction and it can be useful in focusing a coaching session on identifying clear goals.

Big 5 Personality Traits

An assessment that is based on the 5-Factor theory of personality, Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neroticism, and is often referred to as an OCEAN assessment.

The results of this assessment can be used to identify how an individual will react when put under pressure, or how they integrate in to teams or the social environment.

Overview

We all want to change something in our lives, and for most of us it isn't as easy as it first appears. Often we need a little more support and guidance than we initially thought, and any help that we can give ourselves is a bonus.

Getting started is usually the easy part, it's the will and energy to keep going that can be a problem. How many people start diet after diet, only to give up after a few days? How many people have 'given up' only to start again a few days later?

Whenever you begin to make a change in your life it is often an attempt to overcome something that has been going on for a long time.

Jung Style Personality

Variations on this assessment have been used in clinical psychology, recruitment, management assessment and coaching, and is probably the most common type of personality assessment available.

It offers analysis across 4 main areas:

Extroversion/Introversion
Sensing/iNtuiting
Thinking/Feeling
Percieving/Judging

Managing Goals

If you don't know where you are going, you will probably end up somewhere else.  ~ Lawrence J. Peter

The assessments facilities within the Coaches Toolbox are ideal for identifying where your client is today, but for coaching to be truly successful both client and coach need to know where the client wants to be, and setting clear and specific goals is the first step in achieving change.
