Having a range of assessments is useful to have, however they are of no use without their results pages, and each assessment has its own results page which in many cases includes a chart of the results and a detailed description of what each result means.
Having coachees take assessments at regular intervals is an excellent way of showing real progress in your coaching practice and is an independent measure that can give your clients real confidence in your approach. The assessments are also a great way for you to guage the best approach for your client, and how best to help them to achieve their goals.
The assessment results are saved against each client at the end of an assessment, and can be recalled at any time. They can also be e-mailed to clients (or yourself) to keep for future reference. This is a great way of delivering additional value to a client, by sending them their own results straight away, for them to review at their leisure.
