Workshops are our entry level courses and are what we call 'Problem Solvers'. They have been specifically developed to tackle a single issue, and to deliver results and help people resolve a problem quickly and effectively.

Each workshop has been specifically developed for one purpose only, and although many of the skills, tools and techniques can be used across a range of problems they have been applied to the resolution of the issue at hand.

All of our workshops follow a similar pattern. They are all 2-3 hours long, they are all interactive (no sitting around learning theory here!), they are all targeted at a single issue and they all cost the same amount, £30. 

We run these workshops all over the country, usually in local town and village halls, at a price that just about anyone can afford. We believe that all of these skills should be readily available, and the only way we can keep to this is by running the courses locally. There should be no barrier to entry for improving your life, and we want to help you be the best you can be.

Our list of courses is constantly changing as we add new ones, update existing ones and retire old ones. We cycle through courses on a regular basis, and we usually offer 4-6 different courses per year, with 2 new courses every 12-18 months.

We travel the country and we try to run all of our courses in each of the locations, usually at 10 week intervals, so if the course you want isn't available in your location yet, then you can either register your interest and we'll let you know when the course is, or you can just check back with us on a regular basis.
